You may be asking yourself one or both of the following questions: "Where did The Only Diet You'll Ever Need! come from?", and "Who is Bryan Daybell?"
Let's start with question #2:
I am a self-confessed "research and information theat really works" junkie and an entrepreneur (I have owned and successfully operated my own business for over 35 years).
I am also very concerned about my, my family's, my friend's (and the entire human race for that matter) personal health, quality of life, self-image and appearance. I believe that life is just too precious to be lived on the sidelines...
On to question #1:
After years of frustration with many different (and mostly very expensive!) approaches to losing weight, keeping weight off and doing it in a healthy fashion, I finally gave up and decided to strike out on my own!
So, a few years ago (man, time really flies!), I began seriously researching diet, nutrition and health with the idea that I could create a simple, easy to understand, affordable, enjoyable and healthy way to eat, lose weight, keep weight off and be in charge (I'm the boss, right?) of my own life.
Once I had completed my research and study ( my best guess at this point is 1,000 plus hours including in-depth interviews with nutritionists, personal trainers, health care professionals and weight control "gurus"), I wrote a synopsis of my work for my (and friends and family) personal use.
The response from everyone has been fabulous! The Only Diet You'll Ever Need works. It is easy to understand, inexpensive, easy to shop for, easy to prepare, satisfying, enlightening and fun!
