I found The End Game Diet to be a perfectly condensed resource to healthy living. It's simple and practical. The best part is that it has menus to get you started. After the birth of our 3rd child my wife felt frustrated with the weight gain and how hard it was to take it off so we spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars going to a nutritionist, only to be told the same do’s and don'ts that are in this book and given the same menu options.

I was excited after reading the pages of The End Game Diet book because of its simplicity.
This is a book that falls into the catagory of less-is-more and the information Bryan gave was straight forward and easy to understand. He tells it like it is.
